It is good to know what the other side may be doing. Tactics such as these have been and are being used. In one of the videos "Innoculation" is desribed as a successful response to anti-union tactics. Innoculation in this sense, means education. Education of what some of the tactics are and to expect them. When you see them being used and get angry about it "rage". You have been innoculated, instead of installing fear as the tactics are meant to, they instill rage and solidarity.
The last video deals mainly with U.S. disclosure, but if you listen to how much money companies are willing to spend to keep unions out, I'm sure that solidarity will return.
